Very robustly made product, but doesn’t work. I bought one direct, filled reservoir with water at 28C, plugged it in, but after 4 days compost temperature just got above room ambient, 7C. Checked current with voltmeter. Arranged swop with Earlygrow. Replacement even worse, 5 days later compost and water both back to room ambient . Returned to Earlygrow who have promised a full refund. They are not prepared to supply another that actually does work. Sad !
Such great quality and price, paired with excellent customer service. Would happily recommend to anyone considering a propagator. Will definitely return for more gardening goods

Purchased the kit plus extra trays so that I can use for a good lot of seeds.
Looks very robust and all fit into each other very well.
Comes with capillary matting and false bottom so should give gentle and regular watering.
Only time will tell if a great purchase but first impressions are that it will be.
This propagator has everything. Heated, capillary matting and air vents. It is the perfect size for a windowsill. Best of all was the price and the speed of delivery — I ordered one afternoon and it was here early the next morning – who needs Amazon – support local providers!!
