Design

We post using a variety of couriers. Because of this you will need to be in or have someone available to sign for the delivery on your behalf. For larger shipments we use UPS.
If your item is faulty, we're sorry! Please do not return it, but contact us first to arrange the next steps.
We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receipt as long as it is in it's original condition (unless faulty) and if it is within 14 days. We recommend obtaining proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that go missing on the way back to us.
