We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receipt as long as it is in it's original condition (unless faulty) and if it is within 14 days. We recommend obtaining proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that go missing on the way back to us.
We post using a variety of couriers. Because of this you will need to be in or have someone available to sign for the delivery on your behalf. For larger shipments we use UPS.
We accept un-used returns within 14 days to the below address: Malton Plastics (UK) Ltd. 29 Enterprise Way, Thornton Road Industrial Estate, Pickering, North Yorkshire, YO18 7NA.

If your item is faulty, we're sorry! Please do not return it, but contact us first to arrange the next steps.
We estimate that our standard delivery parcels take around 2-3 working days to be delivered, express delivery parcels around 1-2 working days. Please note this is a guideline, and we kindly request that you give or take a day or 2 outside of this guideline as actual delivery times can vary depending on the volume of post. If you believe your parcel is late or lost, please double check the address details that you entered when you placed the order. We can't take responsibility for missing parcels if the wrong information has been entered at the checkout, and if we were not informed of any changes before the dispatch date. If your order details are correct, please contact us and we will do our best to help!
