Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receipt as long as it is in it's original condition (unless faulty) and if it is within 14 days. We recommend obtaining proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that go missing on the way back to us.Do your items come with a warranty?
Some of our products are covered under warranty. We do not cover accidental damage or breakages, however each individual case is different and it is at our discretion if we deem the item faulty and therefore choose to offer a replacement or refund.Do I need to be in to sign for my order?
We post using a variety of couriers. Because of this you will need to be in or have someone available to sign for the delivery on your behalf. For larger shipments we use UPS.An item I like is out of stock, when will you be getting it back?
We advise to sign up for our out of stock notification email via the orange tab on the right hand side of the product page. Once you have signed up, our system will email you automatically when the item comes back in and you'll be one of the first to know!How do I return an unwanted item?
